DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to step into a new role as Social Media Manager. This person should be a highly skilled communicator through both visual and written mediums. They will report to our Marketing Manager and assist the creative and marketing department for the Vitaly brand. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Develop a social media strategy to increase community and connection across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
Uphold brand voice and vision across all social media platforms.
Produce organic social content including photo, video and text-based posts. Examples include behind the scenes, unboxings, styling tips, etc.
Create and maintain a content calendar that clearly maps out content and copy 14 days in advance of posting.
Collect and present social media analytics on a bi-weekly basis, clearly outlining what’s working and what isn’t.
Collect and curate UGC from our community for use on our own social channels.
Develop unique social media sales tactics and work directly with creative team on execution and implementation.
Work directly with Communications team on influencer seeding, campaigns and contests.
Write product descriptions for all weekly product releases.
Provide copy for all social media posts, email and SMS marketing.
Develop and nurture new ways of communicating with our existing audience.
Stay up to date with new social media platforms and technology, ensuring we are always early adopters of upcoming trends.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent copywriting skills with experience writing for social media, email marketing and other digital platforms.
Ability to create visually engaging content (photo and video) using only a phone.
Keeps up to date with current trends, media and technology.
Knowledge or interest in the fashion and accessory industry.
Excellent proof-reading abilities.
Good presentation skills and the ability to create mock-ups and build pitch decks.

This talented and ambitious individual will work closely with Etah Love’s Brand Manager and be responsible for all creative output for the brand. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Work with Brand Manager to develop overarching creative direction and brand strategy, including collections themes, campaign shoots, content creation and marketing strategy.
Using graphic design to create a strong visual identity for the Etah Love brand across all consumer touchpoints (packaging, website, email, etc.).
Upkeep and maintain Etah Love’s visual brand guidelines throughout all graphic assets.
Work directly with photographers on seasonal campaign photoshoots and impromptu content generation.
Build and send weekly product release newsletters and manage aesthetic of all email marketing.
Creating unique graphic identities for sales and marketing campaigns.
Assist in the design of soft goods such as t-shirts, sweaters, hats etc.
Design and continually refresh in-store decals, posters, signage and merchandising for our physical retail presence.
Opportunity to plan and execute community-building events and activations.
Infrequently, this position may require working outside of traditional office hours including nights and weekends.
3-5 years relevant work experience in the Graphic Design field, either at an advertising agency, design studio or in-house for a related brand.
Exceptional graphic design skills using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop with a focus on typography, layout and colour theory, with a love for vintage design aesthetics.
A good grasp of photography, photo editing and content management using Adobe Lightroom.
Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Premiere. Big bonus points for After Effects skills.
Strong conceptual thinker with ability to think across multiple platforms of communication.
Experience designing for Instagram, video, email marketing and other digital platforms.

Compound Studio is looking to bring on a dedicated Marketing Manager for Etah Love. Launched in 2019, Etah Love is a women’s sterling silver jewelry brand featuring imagery that draws on the struggle between Love and Hate.
Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, the Marketing Manager will build and execute marketing campaigns across digital advertising, CRM, social media, and influencer channels. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Compound’s in-house Creative, Communications, and Advertising teams to develop campaigns and bring them to market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage digital advertising strategy with assistance from the Media Buyer.
Oversee paid media creative production and testing with the assistance of the Creative team, Communications team, and Media Buyer.
Manage budget across existing channels (FB/IG, Google/Youtube, Tiktok, and Connected TV).
Test new paid marketing channels.
Work with the Executive Creative Director to develop organic social media, influencer, and community strategy.
Manage CRM strategy, working with the Creative team to develop and execute a CRM schedule, including push campaigns on email and SMS, as well as automated flows.
Manage loyalty and retention strategy.
Work with the Web Developer to test new web features and updates.
Integrate with the Comms team for growth-focused influencer marketing project (Youtube integrations, Affiliate marketing, etc.)
Build and maintain a marketing calendar including:
Sales and promotions
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience as a marketer in the e-commerce space, with a deep knowledge of the fashion industry. Relevant experience includes:
Managing social media and influencer marketing strategy on Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and other relevant platforms.
Managing digital advertising campaigns on paid social, Google, and display channels.
Email campaign and automation strategy using Klaviyo or other CRM software.
Planning and producing photo and video campaigns.
Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and/or other analytics software.
Implementation of scheduling and project management systems and software.
Interest in emerging trends in fashion and culture.
This is a flexible remote role, however, the Marketing Manager must be able to attend meetings on a semi-regular basis at the Compound office at 505 Queen St. W. in Toronto, Canada.
